Thank you for shopping at whooband.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Non-returnable items: items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery; items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" on the product page; personalized or custom-made items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@whooband.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos of the item (required if defective or damaged). Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us at contact@whooband.com to arrange an exchange.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@whooband.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
